Vikki Southey

Vikki Southey, founder of Our HR is a human resource specialist who works with small to medium sized businesses and organisations, assisting them to achieve better results. Vikki’s team are trained to deliver HR to the same methodology and standard. The focus is not only on what we do, but how we do it – we deliver with respect, recommending HR methods that maintain a positive workplace culture.Vikki’s extensive experience leading human resource teams means she understands the fundamentals of tools, systems, policies and procedures that need to be in place to meet governance and compliance standards. She is also passionate about assisting businesses achieve greatness, by building skills within individuals and capability within the business.


Meredith Wiseman

Meredith is an experienced HR manager with a proven track record of delivering exceptional value to organisations through her extensive skill set and strategic approach. With her adeptness in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management, she consistently fosters a high-performing and engaged workforce. Sophie Parashos

Sophie has over 15 years’ experience as a HR Generalist across a variety of industries including IT, Pharmaceuticals, Construction and Safety. Her experience includes recruitment, policy review and development and performance related tasks spanning implementing performance improvement plans and developing performance goals that are custom to client requirements to ensure our client’s employees are working to their full potential. Sophie is passionate about working with clients that uphold similar values of transparency, integrity, empathy, and professionalism and will always bring these values with the work she does. Sophie enjoys working with clients to improve their overall culture and sees the value in an engaged, productive environment where employees are valued and given the opportunity to work to the best of their ability.


Brooke Walden

Brooke has over 7 years’ experience as a HR Coordinator across a variety of industries including Accounting and Financial Services; Wine and Food Manufacturing; and Construction. Her vast experience includes auditing, recruitment, policy review and development. She is highly attentive to detail, an excellent communicator and thrives in challenging environments. She is passionate about making a positive difference for all stakeholders. Her personal values include integrity, empathy and harvesting an open and honest work environment. She takes pride in her professionalism and works hard to promote a positive workplace culture.
